What's wrong?
omarchy-webapp-remove deletes the .desktop file and icon but does not restart Walker afterward. The removed app remains visible in the menu until Walker is manually restarted.
To reproduce
1. Have a web app installed (or the presinstalled ones like hey)
2. Run omarchy-webapp-remove HEY
3. Open Walker — the app still appears in the menu
Expected behavior
The app should disappear from the menu immediately after removal.
Root cause
The script removes files but never calls omarchy-restart-walker to refresh the app cache.
