Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report
Summary
The official Arch Linux obsidian package (and the AUR obsidian-bin package) does not include the official Obsidian CLI binary (obsidian-cli). It only includes the Electron wrapper script.
As a result, Omarchy users cannot use the official Obsidian CLI commands out-of-the-box, and attempting to register the CLI via the Obsidian GUI fails with an Electron path error.
Proposed Solution
I propose adding a new installer command: omarchy install obsidian-cli.
This script would:
1. Fetch the latest release version from obsidianmd/obsidian-releases.
2. Download the official .tar.gz release.
3. Extract the standalone obsidian-cli binary.
4. Place it in ~/.local/bin/obsidian-cli (to ensure it does not shadow the GUI application at /usr/bin/obsidian).
I have submitted Pull Request #5744 alongside this issue with the implementation.
