Omarchy

ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirements

A proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report

Helium Browser (at least on Linux, cannot spilt or resize the window in half perfectly)revision 1 · captured 2026-10-04 11:56 UTC via poll

System details

Dell Inc. Inspiron 11 - 3147, Intel® Pentium® N3530 × 4, ZorinOS 18.1 Core

What's wrong?

Hi, I'm currently using Helium Browser on my Linux Machine running ZorinOS 18.1 Core.
After switching from Chrome, i was fell in love with this browser bc of its customizations and certainly, eating less RAM than Chrome.
But today I came across a "bug" that "buggin" me.
So when I try to resize the Helium window, it always uses 2/3 of my screen or desktop (as marked in the screenshots). Which means that I can't use 2 window side by side. I've tried to use the built-in window tiling manager to resize it, but it still didn't work.
I hope that this issue will be fixed in the future, or if there's any way to fix it, please let me know! All help will be appreciated!!
