What's wrong?

### Description
There is a typo in the Neovim configuration template for the Catppuccin theme that
causes Neovim to throw an error when loading.

The colorscheme is incorrectly set to "catppuccin-nvim", which is not a valid theme
name for the catppuccin plugin (the correct name is just "catppuccin").
