Lock screen shows a dark screen briefly before the blurred wallpaper appears
I locked the screen with SUPER + CTRL + L.
The screen goes dark first, and a moment later the blurred wallpaper appears.
The dark phase is short but clearly visible every time.
On the 3.8 the blurred wallpaper was there immediately.
Possibly relevant
The wallpaper is a 3840x2160 JPEG and my screen is 1920x1080.
