Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.
[Quattro] eDP-1 monitor scaling forces 2x reset on mixed-monitor array with Quickshell navbar

Original report
System details
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H (12) @ 4.50 GHz GeForce RTX 3050 Mobile 1920x1080 in 27", 60 Hz [External] 1920x1080 @ 2x in 15", 144 Hz [Built-in]
What's wrong?
After upgrading to Omarchy Quattro, the internal laptop monitor (eDP-1) is being aggressively forced to a high-DPI scaling factor of 2 (Retina fallback). The external display (HDMI-A-1) scales completely normally at any number.
Any manual attempts to change the internal laptop display density down to a native 1 scaling factor are completely overridden by a background layout watcher or configuration event hook precisely one second after applying the changes.
Additionally, opening the newly introduced Quickshell top navbar Display adjustment tool to manually correct the internal screen's scale layout parameters results in an instant crash of the panel utility tool, immediately defaulting the viewport state back to an oversized scale: 2 state.
