Omarchy

ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirements

A proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

System details

Omarchy 4.0.0 Apple MacBook Air 13" A1466 2015

What's wrong?

While the QuickShell taskbar and normal application windows are properly scaled by default, the dialogs for Updates, AI setup, etc. are scaled so large that the text on the left is off screen and thus unreadable.

Had to manually fix this by editing:
~/.config/hypr/monitors.lua

changed:
local_omarchy_monitor_scale = "auto"
to:
local_omarchy_monitor_scale = 1
