What's wrong?
Installer issues encountered during install:
* Script Hang: fix-synaptic-touchpad.sh freezes the installation process at modprobe psmouse.
* Missing Kernel: The base installation script does not install linux or linux-headers, leaving /boot empty and the system unbootable.
* Pacman Config in Chroot: Architecture = auto breaks inside chroot, throwing 'Architecture' is not defined errors and preventing mirrors from expanding $arch.
* Keyring Signature Failures: Package database sync fails by default because the local pacman keyring is unpopulated or out of date.
* Drive Locks on ISO Boot: The live ISO scripts automatically unlock LUKS partitions to /dev/mapper/root without releasing them, blocking re-formatting or clean reinstall attempts with device in use errors.
