Laptop: Lenovo ThinkPad T460, CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6600U (4)z, Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 520 / Skylake-U GT2, GPU driver: i915, Omarchy: 4.0.4-1

What's wrong?

1. Laptop does not completely shut down

When I shut down the laptop:

  1. The screen turns off.
  2. The power button light turns off.
  3. The CPU fan keeps running.
  4. The keyboard backlight also stays on.
  5. The laptop never seems to completely power off.
I have to pull out battery to turn it off.

2. Very slow startup after entering password

The laptop takes approximately 2 minutes 10 seconds from boot to the graphical desktop.

systemd-analyze reports:

Startup finished in 14.218s (firmware) + 3.516s (loader) + 18.404s (kernel) + 1min 33.553s (userspace) = 2min 9.693s
graphical.target reached after 1min 33.235s in userspace.

## 1. Laptop does not completely shut down

When I shut down the laptop:

1.  The screen turns off.
2.  The power button light turns off.
3.  The CPU fan keeps running.
