Immediate Solution:
ln --symbolic --force /usr/share/omarchy/shell/plugins/omacom.elsewhen/ omacom.elsewhen
Problem was not resolved by uninstalling / re-installing the package or plugin or placement on top bar.
Elsewhen itself was fine
* ~/.cache/omacom-elsewhen/data.json present and still correct
* correctly migrated to /usr/share/omarchy/shell/plugins/omacom.elsewhen/
Elsewhen was still registered in the Top Bar
* ~/.config/omarchy/shell.json

to/usr/share/omarchy/shell/plugins/omacom.elsewhen
