What's wrong?

Using tryomarchy flatpack, during setup, the keyboard works to begin the setup, and for language selection. At the next screen (Username>), the keyboard will not type the username, but still works to go back (<ESC>), or to attempt to move forward (<ENTER>). The setup script correctly fails to accept a blank username and returns to the prompt, "Let's setup your user account..."
