Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report
System details
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, NVIDIA 5070Ti, Omarchy 4.0.3-1
What's wrong?
Running Remove > Preinstalls removes Herdr from the application launcher and removes its default keybinding, but the herdr package remains installed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start with Herdr installed and available in the launcher and through its default keybinding.
- Run Remove > Preinstalls.
- Check the application launcher and try the Herdr keybinding.
- Check whether the
herdrpackage is still installed.
Actual behavior: Herdr remains installed, but its launcher entry and keybinding are removed, leaving the installed application without its normal Omarchy launch methods.
Expected behavior: either Herdr should be uninstalled with the other preinstalled applications, or its launcher entry and keybinding should remain available while the package is retained.
