What's wrong?

Description

When I set a reminder in Omarchy and then shut down my PC, the reminder disappears after I turn the computer back on.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set a reminder in Omarchy.
  2. Shut down the PC before the reminder triggers.
  3. Turn the PC back on.
  4. Check the reminders list.

Expected Behavior

Reminders should persist across system shutdowns and reboots. The reminder should remain saved and trigger at the scheduled time, even if the PC was turned off when the reminder was supposed to trigger.

Actual Behavior

The reminder disappears after shutting down and restarting the PC.
