ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Bug: About page shows incorrect storage usage
The default About page in Omarchy shows incorrect storage usage.
The displayed storage usage seems to increase when files are added, but it does not decrease when those files are deleted.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the default About page.
- Check the displayed storage usage — for example, 5 GB used.
- Add enough files so that the storage usage increases to 10 GB.
- Delete those files.
- Open/check the About page again.
Expected behavior
The storage usage should be recalculated and decrease after files are deleted.
For example:
5 GB → 10 GB → delete files → 5 GB
Actual behavior
Once the usage reaches a higher value, the About page continues showing that value even after the files are deleted.
For example:
5 GB → 10 GB → delete files → still shows 10 GB
This makes the storage usage displayed in the About page inaccurate and potentially misleading.
