Omarchy

ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirements

A proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report

Dell 5424 not booting after install / known bugrevision 1 · captured 2026-09-28 21:23 UTC via poll

System details

Dell rugged 5424, intel core i7-8650U, intel UHD graphics 620 and dell lexa pro AMD, 8GB RAM, 512 GB SSD

What's wrong?

After Omarchy finish installing and it restarts, it immediatley pops and error saying its a known bug. I tried reinstalling on a fully formatted SSD same issue occured. The system has a dual GPU and to prevent freeze duing install I connected an exernal monitor however the OS might be having problem identifying which GPU to use. I tried rebooting with and without external monitor but i have the same problem.
