Omarchy

ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirements

A proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

System details

Fydetab Tab Duo, ArchLinux-ARM-Fydetab-Duo-Omarchy-uboot-2026-08-27.img.xz

What's wrong?

I have just installed Omarchy on an SSD on the Duo and during the initial install it asked no update the packages.

I ran this but have hit an error with aquamarine.

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing aquamarine (0.15.0-2) breaks dependency 'libaquamarine.so=13-64' required by hyprland.

I'm totally new to this distro (having come from debian/ubuntu).

No clue what I need to do to sort this out. Any clues?
