The crash is a race condition in the lock screen state machine. During plugin reload, WlSessionLockSurface was shown/created while both sessionLock.locked and sessionLock.secure were false. The fatal message triggered Qt's QDebug destructor, which called abort().
The trigger was a plugin reload (bjarneo.workspace-layout) occurring while the lock screen was recovering from a "stranded" state -- a window where the surface visibility is not properly guarded against the lock being inactive.

Impact
